Deepa’s career journey is similar to each one of you seeking a comeback in IT career. She has Bachelor in IT and a master’s in business administration. She has worked in various fortune 500 companies. As a young mother she took a break in the career and few years, come back was not an easy path but with relentless learning and go get attitude she made her way back. Today she has several certifications PMP, SAFE agilest SA and CSM Certified Scrum master Release Train Engineer, Solution train engineer, Agile coach professional with quality experience in IT Business Analysis, Project Management, Dev Ops implementation and Agile/scrum methodologies.

Easy said than done, it was definitely hard path. Since she know better than the rest as she learnt it the hard way, as a way to give back in his spare time she created a career guidance and coaching group to help as many people break into the IT field and prepare them with actionable advice.

Within a year he helped over a dozen people land entry and mid-level IT positions throughout the United States, study and pass challenging certification exams, and created a tight-knit, supportive virtual learning family. Deepa regularly holds monthly sessions on how to optimize your resume, write persuasive cover letters, and how to elaborate your strengths and skills in interviews.
